Supervision Services for E and I Electrical and Instrumentation.

JMC OVERSEAS PVT. LTD. (JMCOPL) have qualified / Expert Team of Engineers to undertake the various E and I Field Instrumentation Erection and Commissioning job brief details are as follows:-

Area: Rotary Equipments like Dry Grinding/Wet Grinding for finished and semi finished products (Vertical Roller Mill, Ball Mill and Roller Press), Gas Compressors (centrifugal and Reciprocating) and Turbines (Gas Turbine and Steam Turbines).

Job: Electrical and Instrumentation Erection Commissioning and Testing, Process Control, Projects Execution and Troubleshooting.

Areas Of Expertise

Electrical and Instrumentation Erection, Testing and commissioning of 415V auxiliary switchboards 3.3KV, 6.6KV and 13.2KV switch gears. Trouble shooting of all Electrical, Control and protection circuits. As Built Scheme drawing submission, test report submission, Verification of P and I. As build cable schedule submission and all site activity to as per customer requirement. Prepare test protocols for substation equipment and obtain customer approval. Prepare testPrepare testing and commissioning program. Attending technical discussion with client and consultant and modification according to the customer and system requirement. Co-ordination with testing of latest numerical relays , bus bar s and transformer protection.

Project Management E and I

Managing activities right from the conceptualization stage to the execution; involving finalization of technical specifications, procurement, scheduling, progress monitoring, erection, testing and commissioning, site management, manpower planning. Planning resource and work scheduling to achieve effective manpower deployment of qualified workforce.

Engineering Identifying areas of obstruction in the SLD, Process and Instrument Drawing and take steps to rectify the obstruction by arranging technical discussion. Scheduling and planning Engineering activities for projects, and including budgeting and cost control activities.

Monitoring plans / schedules to start Engineering activities and achieving it by completing the task, in specified time period with quality engineering.Troubleshooting the issues, problems and delay, by providing the solution for it, to make the Engineering and Operation smoother and faster. Creating root cause analysis for engineering and Operation issues, problems and delay, to avoid the same in feature.

Technical Support Implementing various modifications and checkpoints to reduce the time-period of commissioning. Executing customer centric operations by understanding users problem by providing troubleshooting and giving support towards maintenance of systems.
